Weight Loss and Exercising Staying Power – Three Magic Words!

Think ahead, make it interesting, set goals, and give yourselves rewards. Do what ever it takes to keep your mind fresh. If you do not, you will be a statistic. EFFICIENCY Have you ever thought more would be better? More time on a treadmill. Or cut out more fat in your diet? More is NOT always the better thing to do. Working smarter is!
