Set short and long range fat loss goals. With most of those supplements and fat loss diet fads, there could be some slight weight reduction associated. The only required element for consistent fat loss is proper diet. Low carb diets are NOT a permanent fat loss solution. Never forget -- LOSING BODY FAT IS YOUR ONLY GOAL, as reducing muscle tissue and water weight DOES NOT improve your appearance, and in fact greatly slows or even prohibits the fat loss process. Use whole grains (likewhole wheat and brown rice) instead of refined grains like wheat and rice(white).
