No Excuses ? Maximising Muscle Gain And Fat Loss On A Busy Schedule
In all honesty the excuse of not having enough time - the excuse people most often give for not exercising and getting the body they want just doesn?t cut it. In this modern society, being busy is really not some martyred excuse one can give. Just about everyone is busy these days but there are those who know how to get the job done.
Not having enough time is actually not the real reason people fail to exercise and thus have any hope of changing their bodies by adding quality lean muscle and losing excess fat. The real reason is that people simply do not want a better body as much as they think they do. If they did, they would be actively prioritizing to make it happen. It?s just not that important to them which in our free society is entirely their choice. In fact if anyone falls into this category they should probably do themselves a favor and stop beating themselves up over something they don?t have but don?t really want anyway!
There is a key distinction here though. The first group of people who believe themselves to be short of time use it as an excuse not to do anything because deep down they really don?t want to. But there is a second group ? those people who genuinely want to improve their bodies and create a program to maximize muscle gain and fat loss in spite of their busy schedule.
